Scale Isn’t The Answer
If you are not currently spending money on ads right now, I would focus on getting campaigns launched.
I have had the privilege of working with a lot of media buyers and what I see is that they are constantly comparing themselves with others.
So here’s my challenge to you:
Get around other media buyers who are 2, 3, 5 steps ahead of you so you can hear what they are thinking about, what they are working on, etc.
