Community Manager

We’re in search of a Community Manager, certified to assist us within different areas of creativity, organic content creation, and community management for our clients. We are excited to learn and grow together.

As the Community Manager, you will be working most closely with the creative team alongside the Creator Program lead, in order to film, photograph and create organic content for our clients’ different social media platforms. We will give you access to our project management tool Clickup, so that we can assign and organize tasks, collaborate, and provide necessary feedback and communication.

Role Overview:

  • Community management (digital media platforms)
  • Manage and monitor communication on clients’ social media platforms
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends
  • Create new ideas relevant to the client based on trends
  • Assist the creative team in identifying what kind of content is working vs. what’s not
  • Curate and manage a backlog of content ideas
  • Provide copywriting insights
  • Organization and planning a social calendar for postings

Candidate Prerequisites:

  • Fluency in English (non-negotiable)
  • 1-2 years of experience as a community manager or a similar content creation role
  • Social-media savvy
  • Up to date with the latest internet trends and lingo
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of best content creation practices
  • Works well with team members, open to feedback
  • Proficient with G-Suite applications, ClickUp, and Slack
  • Fantastic organizational and time management
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions clearly
